Reservations

You can make a reservation to fill in the booking form on our website or to send us an email with your booking details.

You can cancel a reservation to send us an email with your cancellation request.

Departures

The driver will pick you up at the reception of your hotel or at your address when you stay in an apartment.

For international flights, you need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time. For normal flights, you need to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure time.

You have 20 minutes free of charge when the driver arrives at your address. After 20 minutes waiting time we will charge € 15,- and for every 15 minutes thereafter also € 15,-.

Sightseeing Tours

Our tours are very flexible because you can assemble every tour by yourself. You can book a sightseeing tour to send us an email with your requests.

Yes, the driver can guide. In case you are looking for a professional guide, we can arrange that for your sightseeing tour.

Arrivals

The driver will pick you up at the arrivals just after the baggage claim. (By the gate).

The driver will hold a nameplate with your name or company logo on it.

You have 90 minutes after the plane has land to collect your baggage. After 90 minutes we will charge a minimum amount of € 30,- (depends how long the driver has to wait) with a maximum of € 60,-.

You have to contact Safar Limousine Service immediately so we can pick you up at the correct arrival time.

Terms & Conditions

  • If you cancel at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between 1-2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 1 day of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
  • If there are any difficulties locating the chauffeur, the passenger or booker needs to contact us immediately on +31634041798. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying us will result in a ´no show´.
  • A ´no show´ will be fully charged.

Payments

Payments can be done by bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card in the car and cash.

Yes, you can pay with a credit/debit card only in the car. You can not pay on our website with your credit/debit card.

Our rates are incl. VAT, Meet & Greet service, parking costs, free Wifi, and bottled water.

Special Requests

Yes, we have infant seats, child seats and booster seats available for a small extra fee.
