To cancel a reservation, simply send us an email containing your cancellation request. You can reach out to us on this e-mail: email@example.com
If you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the scheduled transportation or tour, you will be 90% refunded;
If you cancel within the time frame of 6 to 2 days before the start of the scheduled transportation or transfer, you will be 80% refunded;
If you cancel within the time frame of 48 hours before the start of the scheduled transportation or tour, you won’t be refunded.
Lastly, please note that a “no-show” will be fully charged.
The driver will pick you up at the reception of your hotel or at your address when you stay in an apartment.
For international flights, you need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time. For normal flights, you need to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure time.

You have 60 minutes after the plane has landed to collect your baggage. After 60 minutes there will be additional charge for the additional waiting time.
You have to contact Safar Limousine Service immediately so we can pick you up at the correct arrival time. We will also keep an eye on your flight schedule.

- If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of your booked transfer or tour service, you will be refunded 90% of the booking cost.
- If there are any difficulties locating the chauffeur, the (lead) passenger needs to contact us immediately at +31634041798. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying us will result in a no-show. A no-show will be fully charged.
